Because we are not a non-profit, you don't need to enter a Federal ID number into the HUDS CHUMS system. Simply select "Government entity" when entering loan data into the CHUMS System. Grant money from Community Funding is available on loans that allows gift funds (for example, FHA loans) to purchase any home where the seller is willing to participate in our program.
